自己ベスト プライバシーポリシー

株式会社プレジニア（以下、「当社」といいます）は、当社が提供するスマートフォン向けアプリケーション「自己ベスト」（以下、「本アプリ」といいます）における、ユーザー情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。

1. 取得する情報および利用目的

本アプリでは、HealthKit データの読み取り、アプリ内課金処理、および本アプリの機能提供のために、以下の情報を取り扱います。

(1) HealthKit データに関する情報

• 取り扱う情報：ユーザーが許可した範囲の歩数、歩行・ランニング距離、エクササイズ時間、ムーブ、スタンド、ワークアウト、マインドフル、アクティブエネルギー、安静時消費エネルギー、スタンド時間、登った回数、心拍数、睡眠分析などの HealthKit データ。
• 利用目的：1日あたりの過去最高記録、トップ10ランキング、および睡眠スコアを表示するため。
• 詳細：HealthKit データはユーザーの端末内で読み取り・集計されます。当社がユーザーの健康データを外部サーバーへ送信、収集、保存することはありません。

(2) アプリ内に保存される情報

• 取り扱う情報：本アプリが算出した過去最高記録、ランキング、集計日時、設定情報、Premium の購入状態など。
• 利用目的：本アプリの表示速度向上、再集計負荷の軽減、購入済み機能の提供、および購入復元のため。
• 詳細：これらの情報は原則としてユーザーの端末内に保存され、当社の管理する外部サーバーへ送信されることはありません。

(3) アプリ内課金に関する情報

• 取り扱う情報：Premium の購入履歴、購入ステータス、復元状態など、App Store の決済処理に必要な情報。
• 利用目的：Premium 機能の提供、および購入のリストア（復元）処理のため。
• 詳細：本アプリの決済処理はすべて Apple 社（App Store）によって安全に処理されます。当社がクレジットカード番号、金融機関情報、氏名などの決済情報を取得・保持することはありません。

2. 広告・解析・トラッキングについて

本アプリでは、広告配信、Google Analytics、Firebase Analytics、その他の利用状況解析ツールを使用しません。また、ユーザーを追跡する目的で広告識別子（IDFA）を取得・利用することはありません。

• 広告配信は行いません。
• Google Analytics は導入していません。
• Firebase Analytics は導入していません。
• App Tracking Transparency（ATT）によるトラッキングは行いません。

3. 情報収集モジュール・第三者サービスの利用

本アプリでは、広告配信やアクセス解析を目的とした第三者の情報収集モジュールは使用していません。本アプリの主要な機能提供にあたり、以下の Apple 提供サービスを利用します。

• HealthKit（提供者：Apple Inc.）
  利用目的：ユーザーが許可した健康・アクティビティデータを端末内で読み取り、過去最高記録を表示するため。
• StoreKit / App Store のアプリ内課金（提供者：Apple Inc.）
  利用目的：Premium の購入、購入状態の確認、および購入復元のため。

4. 個人情報の第三者提供について

当社は、以下の場合を除き、取得したユーザー情報を第三者に提供することはありません。

• ユーザー本人の同意がある場合
• 法令に基づく開示請求があった場合
• 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要があり、本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合

5. HealthKit データの取り扱いと権限管理

本アプリは、ユーザーが iOS 上で明示的に許可した HealthKit データのみを読み取ります。HealthKit へのアクセス権限は、iOS の「ヘルスケア」アプリまたは「設定」アプリからいつでも変更・取り消しできます。

本アプリは、HealthKit データを広告、マーケティング、またはユーザー追跡の目的で利用しません。また、ユーザーの明示的な同意なく HealthKit データを第三者に共有することはありません。

本アプリは、医療上の診断、治療、予防、または健康改善の保証を目的とするものではありません。本アプリに表示される記録や睡眠スコアは、ユーザー自身の活動を振り返るための参考情報として提供されます。

6. 免責事項

本アプリの利用にあたり、お客様の端末環境、HealthKit 連携元データの状態、誤った操作、仕様変更等によって生じたデータの不整合、データ紛失、その他直接的・間接的な損害について、当社は一切の責任を負いかねますのであらかじめご了承ください。

7. 本ポリシーの改定

当社は、法令の改正や本アプリのアップデートに伴い、本ポリシーの内容を適宜改定することがあります。改定されたポリシーは、本アプリ内または当社が指定するウェブサイト上において開示した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

BestDay Privacy Policy

plegineer Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") establishes this Privacy Policy for the iOS application "BestDay" / "自己ベスト" (the "App").

1. Information We Handle and Purposes

The App handles information only as needed to provide HealthKit-based record features, in-app purchases, and the App's core functionality.

(1) HealthKit Data

• Data handled: HealthKit data that the user explicitly allows the App to read, such as steps, walking and running distance, exercise time, Move, Stand, workouts, mindful sessions, active energy, resting energy, stand time, flights climbed, heart rate, and sleep analysis.
• Purpose: To calculate and display all-time daily records, Top 10 rankings, and the sleep score.
• Details: HealthKit data is read and processed on the user's device. We do not send, collect, or store the values of the user's health data on external servers.

(2) Information Stored in the App

• Data handled: Records calculated by the App, rankings, calculation timestamps, settings, and Premium purchase status.
• Purpose: To improve display speed, reduce recalculation, provide purchased features, and support purchase restoration.
• Details: This information is stored on the user's device and is not sent to servers managed by us.

(3) In-App Purchase Information

• Data handled: Premium purchase history, purchase status, and restoration state needed for App Store purchase processing.
• Purpose: To provide Premium features and restore purchases.
• Details: Payments are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. We do not obtain or store credit card numbers, bank information, names, or other payment details.

2. Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking

The App does not use advertising, Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, or other usage analytics tools. The App does not obtain or use IDFA for tracking.

• No advertising is displayed.
• Google Analytics is not used.
• Firebase Analytics is not used.
• Tracking under App Tracking Transparency is not performed.

3. Third-Party Services

The App does not use third-party information collection modules for advertising or analytics. It uses the following Apple services for core functionality.

• HealthKit (Provider: Apple Inc.)
  Purpose: To read user-authorized health and activity data on the device and display all-time records.
• StoreKit / App Store In-App Purchase (Provider: Apple Inc.)
  Purpose: To purchase Premium, check purchase status, and restore purchases.

4. Sharing Personal Information

We do not provide user information to third parties except in the following cases.

• When the user has consented.
• When disclosure is required by law.
• When necessary to protect life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the user's consent.

5. HealthKit Data and Permission Management

The App reads only HealthKit data that the user explicitly permits on iOS. HealthKit permissions can be changed or revoked at any time from the iOS Health app or Settings app.

The App does not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or tracking. The App does not share HealthKit data with third parties without the user's explicit consent.

The App is not intended for medical diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or guaranteed health improvement. Records and sleep scores shown in the App are provided as reference information for looking back on the user's own activity.

6. Disclaimer

We are not responsible for data inconsistencies, data loss, or direct or indirect damages caused by the user's device environment, the state of source HealthKit data, incorrect operation, specification changes, or similar circumstances.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy as laws change or as the App is updated. The revised policy becomes effective when disclosed in the App or on a website designated by us.
