ハザードマップ プライバシーポリシー
株式会社プレジニア（以下、「当社」といいます）は、当社が提供するスマートフォン向けアプリケーション「ハザードマップ」（以下、「本アプリ」といいます）における、ユーザー情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。
1. 取り扱う情報および利用目的
本アプリでは、現在地表示、地図・ハザード情報・避難場所等の表示、住所・地名検索、任意のチップ購入、および本アプリの機能提供のために、以下の情報を取り扱います。
(1) 位置情報
- 取り扱う情報：ユーザーがiOSで許可した場合の現在地（緯度・経度）、位置精度、および位置情報の権限状態。
- 利用目的：現在地を地図上へ表示し、現在地周辺へ地図を移動するため。
- 詳細：位置情報は、ユーザーが地図画面の現在地ボタンを押した場合にのみ、iOSの「このAppの使用中」権限の範囲で単発取得します。正確な位置またはおおよその位置と、取得時刻・精度をアプリの動作中に端末上で処理しますが、永続保存せず、バックグラウンドで継続取得しません。また、当社が管理するサーバーや独自ログへ送信または保存しません。地図表示に伴うGoogleによる情報の取り扱いは、第3項をご確認ください。
(2) 住所・地名検索に関する情報
- 取り扱う情報：入力した検索文字列、検索候補、選択した地点の名称・住所・座標など。
- 利用目的：検索候補を表示し、選択した地点へ地図を移動してマーカーを表示するため。
- 詳細：検索文字列、候補選択時のPlace IDとセッション情報などは、Google Places SDK for iOSを通じてGoogleへ送信されます。当社は検索文字列、住所、Place ID、座標などを独自サーバーや独自ログへ送信せず、検索履歴として永続保存しません。
(3) 地図・ハザード情報・避難場所等の表示に伴う情報
- 取り扱う情報：地図の表示範囲、ズームレベル、ハザードタイルおよび避難場所等のデータタイルの座標、選択した表示種別、および通信時のIPアドレス、User-Agent、端末・ネットワークに関する技術情報など。
- 利用目的：背景地図、衛星写真、洪水浸水、土石流、地すべり、津波浸水想定、指定緊急避難場所、指定避難所および指定福祉避難所の情報を表示するため。
- 詳細：背景地図はGoogle Maps SDK for iOSから、ハザード情報は国土地理院の配信サーバー（disaportaldata.gsi.go.jp）から、避難場所等の情報は国土地理院の地理院タイル配信サーバー（cyberjapandata.gsi.go.jp）から取得します。タイル座標から閲覧中の地図範囲が推測される場合があります。各サービスへの通信はユーザーの端末から行われ、当社のサーバーを経由しません。避難場所等のデータは、表示性能と通信量の抑制のため端末内のメモリおよびiOSの通信キャッシュへ一時的に保存される場合がありますが、当社のサーバーへ保存・再配信しません。避難場所等の閲覧だけを理由に位置情報権限を要求することはありません。
(4) 端末内に保存される情報
- 取り扱う情報：初回チュートリアルの完了状態など、本アプリの動作に必要な設定情報。
- 利用目的：チュートリアルの表示状態などを保持し、本アプリを円滑に利用できるようにするため。
- 詳細：これらの情報はユーザーの端末内に保存され、当社が管理するサーバーへ送信されません。本アプリを削除すると、端末内に保存された本アプリの情報も削除されます。
(5) アプリ内課金に関する情報（チップ機能提供時）
- 取り扱う情報：任意のチップ購入に必要な商品情報、購入結果、取引状態など。
- 利用目的：チップ機能の提供開始後、ユーザーが希望する場合に、開発者を応援する消費型チップの購入を処理するため。
- 詳細：決済、Apple ID、支払方法はApple Inc.がApp Storeを通じて処理します。本アプリは商品ID、価格、購入成否、取引状態などをStoreKit経由で処理しますが、購入履歴を当社のサーバーへ送信または保存しません。当社がクレジットカード番号、金融機関情報、氏名などの決済情報を取得または保持することはありません。チップは購入者限定機能や恒久的な権利を提供せず、チップの有無にかかわらず、本アプリのすべての機能は無料で利用できます。
(6) お問い合わせに関する情報
- 取り扱う情報：ユーザーがメールを送信した場合のメールアドレス、送信者名、問い合わせ本文、および任意に添付された情報。
- 利用目的：お問い合わせへの回答、不具合調査、サービス改善、および不正・迷惑行為への対応のため。
- 詳細：本アプリはメールアプリを開くだけで、これらの情報を自動取得しません。送信された情報は対応に必要な期間保管し、法令上必要な場合を除き、目的外に利用しません。現在地、住所などの個人情報を必要以上に記載しないでください。
当社は、現在地、検索履歴、購入履歴を当社が管理するサーバーへ送信または保存しません。ただし、本アプリの機能提供に必要な範囲で、Google、Apple、国土地理院などの第三者サービスが情報を取り扱う場合があります。
2. 広告・解析・トラッキングについて
本アプリは広告を表示せず、Google Analytics、Firebase Analytics、Crashlytics、Sentry、その他の当社独自の利用状況解析・クラッシュ解析SDKを導入しません。また、広告識別子（IDFA）を取得・利用せず、App Tracking Transparency（ATT）におけるトラッキングを行いません。アカウント登録やログイン機能もありません。
ただし、地図・検索機能に使用するGoogle Maps Platform SDKは、サービスの提供、品質維持、および解析のために情報を収集する場合があります。Google SDKによる取り扱いについては、次項をご確認ください。また、ユーザーがAppleへの診断情報共有を許可している場合、AppleからApp Store Connectを通じて集計情報やクラッシュ・診断情報が当社へ提供される場合があります。
3. 第三者サービスの利用
本アプリは、広告配信やユーザー追跡を目的とした第三者SDKを使用しません。主要機能の提供にあたり、以下の第三者サービスを利用します。

Google Maps SDK for iOS 11.0.0（提供者：Google LLC）
利用目的：背景地図・衛星写真の表示、地図操作の提供。SDKのPrivacy Manifestでは、端末識別子、操作情報、性能情報、クラッシュ情報、その他の技術情報などを、アプリ機能および解析のために収集する場合があると示されています。 -
Google Places SDK for iOS 11.0.0（提供者：Google LLC）
利用目的：住所・地名の検索候補および選択地点情報の取得。SDKのPrivacy Manifestでは、検索履歴、正確またはおおよその位置情報、端末識別子、操作情報、性能情報、その他の技術情報などを、アプリ機能および解析のために収集する場合があると示されています。 -
Core Location（提供者：Apple Inc.）
利用目的：ユーザーが許可した場合に、現在地と位置精度を端末上で取得するため。 -
StoreKit / App Store（チップ機能提供時）（提供者：Apple Inc.）
利用目的：任意のチップ購入を処理するため。 -
ハザードマップポータルサイト（提供者：国土地理院）
利用目的：洪水浸水、土石流、地すべり、津波浸水想定のハザードタイルを取得して表示するため。国土地理院のウェブサービスでは、アクセスログとしてIPアドレスや閲覧情報などが取り扱われる場合があります。 -
地理院タイル「指定緊急避難場所・指定避難所」（提供者：国土地理院）
利用目的：指定緊急避難場所、指定避難所および指定福祉避難所のGeoJSONデータを取得し、閲覧中の地図範囲へ表示するため。表示範囲に対応するタイル座標、選択したデータ種別、IPアドレスなどの通信情報が国土地理院へ送信される場合があります。
本ポリシー更新時点で、これらのGoogle SDKのPrivacy Manifestは、上記情報を広告目的のトラッキングには使用しないと宣言しています。一方、一部の端末識別子・技術情報はユーザーまたは端末に関連付けられる場合があります。SDKのバージョンやGoogleの方針変更により、取り扱いが変わる場合があります。
Googleによる情報の取り扱いについては、Google プライバシーポリシーおよびGoogle Maps Platform利用規約をご確認ください。Appleによる情報の取り扱いについては、Appleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。国土地理院のデータについては、ハザードマップポータルサイト オープンデータ配信、指定緊急避難場所・指定避難所データおよびご利用上の注意をご確認ください。
4. 個人情報の第三者提供について
当社は、ユーザー情報を販売しません。本アプリの機能提供に必要な第三者サービスへの送信は前項のとおりです。それ以外について、当社は以下の場合を除き、取得したユーザー情報を第三者に提供しません。
- ユーザー本人の同意がある場合
- 法令に基づく開示請求があった場合
- 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要があり、本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合
5. 位置情報の権限管理
本アプリは、ユーザーが現在地ボタンを押した場合に限り、iOSのシステムダイアログを通じて「このAppの使用中」の位置情報権限を求めます。位置情報の許可状態は、iOSの「設定」アプリからいつでも変更または取り消すことができます。
位置情報を許可しない場合でも、地図の閲覧、ハザード情報の切り替え、住所・地名検索、避難場所等の閲覧など、現在地表示以外の機能を利用できます。本アプリは「常に許可」を求めず、バックグラウンドで位置情報を継続取得しません。
6. 情報の管理
当社は、本アプリの設計において必要な情報だけを取り扱い、当社が管理する独自サーバーへユーザーの現在地、検索履歴、購入履歴を保存しない方針を採用しています。第三者サービスによる情報の保存期間および管理は、各提供者のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
当社が保有するお問い合わせ情報について、開示、訂正、削除などのご相談がある場合は、第9項の窓口へご連絡ください。本人確認および法令上必要な手続きを行ったうえで対応します。
7. 免責事項
本アプリが表示するハザード情報および避難場所等の情報には、未整備・未掲載・未配信、誤差、作成時期・更新時期の違いがあります。指定緊急避難場所は対象災害ごとに指定され、指定避難所とは役割が異なります。本アプリの表示は現在の開設・閉鎖、受入可否、混雑状況、現在地から安全に到達できることを示しません。また、警報、避難指示、河川水位、雨雲などのリアルタイム災害情報ではなく、自治体が発行する法定ハザードマップや不動産取引の重要事項説明の代替ではありません。未着色や施設の表示がない場所も安全を保証するものではありません。災害時や避難の判断では、該当する市町村、気象庁、国土交通省などが提供する最新の公式情報をご確認ください。
ユーザーの端末環境、通信状態、位置情報・地図・検索・ハザードデータの状態、第三者サービスの仕様変更、誤った操作などによって生じた情報の不整合、表示不能、その他の直接的または間接的な損害について、当社は法令上認められる範囲で責任を負いかねます。
8. 本ポリシーの改定
当社は、法令の改正、本アプリまたは第三者サービスの変更に伴い、本ポリシーの内容を適宜改定することがあります。改定されたポリシーは、本アプリ内または当社が指定するウェブサイト上において開示した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

Hazard Map Privacy Policy
plegineer Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") establishes this Privacy Policy for the iOS application "Hazard Map" / "ハザードマップ" (the "App").
1. Information We Handle and Purposes
The App handles the following information only as needed to show the user's current location, display maps, hazard information, and evacuation-place or shelter information, search for addresses and places, process optional support tips, and provide the App's core functionality.
(1) Location Information
- Information handled: The current latitude and longitude, location accuracy, and location authorization status when the user grants permission in iOS.
- Purpose: To show the user's current location on the map and move the map to the surrounding area.
- Details: The App requests a single location only when the user taps the current-location button and only within the iOS "While Using the App" permission. A precise or approximate location, timestamp, and accuracy are processed on the device in memory while the App is running, but are not persistently stored. The App does not continuously collect location in the background or send or store location in our logs or on servers managed by us. See Section 3 for Google's handling of information related to map display.
(2) Address and Place Search Information
- Information handled: Search text, search suggestions, and the name, address, coordinates, and related information of a selected place.
- Purpose: To show search suggestions, move the map to a selected place, and display a marker.
- Details: Search text, the Place ID selected from suggestions, and session information are sent to Google through the Google Places SDK for iOS. We do not send search text, addresses, Place IDs, or coordinates to our own servers or logs, and we do not persistently store search history.
(3) Information Related to Maps, Hazard Data, and Evacuation Places or Shelters
- Information handled: The visible map area, zoom level, coordinates of hazard-data and evacuation-place or shelter-data tiles, the selected display category, and technical information associated with network requests, such as IP address, User-Agent, device, and network information.
- Purpose: To display base maps, satellite imagery, flood inundation, debris flow, landslide, tsunami inundation assumptions, designated emergency evacuation places, designated shelters, and designated welfare shelters.
- Details: Base maps are obtained through the Google Maps SDK for iOS, hazard information is obtained from the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan's distribution server (disaportaldata.gsi.go.jp), and evacuation-place or shelter information is obtained from GSI's tile server (cyberjapandata.gsi.go.jp). Tile coordinates may reveal the area being viewed. Requests are made directly from the user's device without passing through our servers. Evacuation-place or shelter data may be temporarily stored in memory and the iOS network cache to improve display performance and reduce data transfer, but it is not stored or redistributed by our servers. The App does not request location permission merely to browse this information.
(4) Information Stored on the Device
- Information handled: Settings required for the App, such as whether the first-run tutorial has been completed.
- Purpose: To retain tutorial state and provide a smooth App experience.
- Details: This information is stored on the user's device and is not sent to servers managed by us. Deleting the App also deletes the App's locally stored information.
(5) In-App Purchase Information (When the Tip Feature Is Available)
- Information handled: Product information, purchase results, transaction status, and related information required to process an optional support tip.
- Purpose: After the feature becomes available, to process a consumable support-tip purchase when the user chooses to support the developer.
- Details: Apple Inc. processes payments, Apple ID, and payment methods through the App Store. The App processes product identifiers, prices, purchase results, and transaction status through StoreKit, but does not send or store purchase history on our servers. We do not obtain or retain credit card numbers, bank information, names, or other payment information. Tips do not provide purchaser-only features or permanent entitlements, and all App features remain free regardless of whether a tip is purchased.
(6) Contact Information
- Information handled: If the user sends an email, the email address, sender name, message body, and any information voluntarily attached to the message.
- Purpose: To respond to inquiries, investigate issues, improve the service, and address fraud or abuse.
- Details: The App only opens the user's mail app and does not automatically collect this information. Information sent to us is retained for the period necessary to handle the inquiry and is not used for unrelated purposes unless required by law. Please do not include more location, address, or other personal information than necessary.
We do not send or store the user's current location, search history, or purchase history on servers managed by us. Third-party services such as Google, Apple, and the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan may handle information as necessary to provide App features.
2. Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking
The App displays no advertising and does not integrate Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Sentry, or any other analytics or crash-reporting SDK controlled by us. The App does not obtain or use IDFA, does not perform tracking as defined by App Tracking Transparency (ATT), and has no account registration or login feature.
However, the Google Maps Platform SDKs used for maps and search may collect information for service delivery, quality, and analytics. See the next section for details. If the user allows diagnostic sharing with Apple, Apple may also provide us with aggregated usage, crash, and diagnostic information through App Store Connect.
3. Third-Party Services
The App does not use third-party SDKs for advertising or user tracking. It uses the following third-party services to provide core functionality.

Google Maps SDK for iOS 11.0.0 (Provider: Google LLC)
Purpose: To display base maps and satellite imagery and provide map interaction. The SDK's Privacy Manifest states that it may collect device identifiers, product interaction, performance data, crash data, and other technical data for app functionality and analytics. -
Google Places SDK for iOS 11.0.0 (Provider: Google LLC)
Purpose: To obtain address and place-search suggestions and information about a selected place. The SDK's Privacy Manifest states that it may collect search history, precise or coarse location, device identifiers, product interaction, performance data, and other technical data for app functionality and analytics. -
Core Location (Provider: Apple Inc.)
Purpose: To obtain the current location and location accuracy on the device when authorized by the user. -
StoreKit / App Store (when the tip feature is available) (Provider: Apple Inc.)
Purpose: To process optional support-tip purchases. -
Hazard Map Portal (Provider: Geospatial Information Authority of Japan)
Purpose: To obtain and display flood-inundation, debris-flow, landslide, and tsunami inundation-assumption hazard tiles. The GSI web service may process IP addresses, pages or resources accessed, and related information in access logs. -
GSI Tiles for Designated Emergency Evacuation Places and Designated Shelters (Provider: Geospatial Information Authority of Japan)
Purpose: To obtain GeoJSON for designated emergency evacuation places, designated shelters, and designated welfare shelters and display it in the visible map area. Tile coordinates corresponding to the visible area, the selected category, IP address, and related network information may be sent to GSI.
As of this policy's update date, the Privacy Manifests for these Google SDKs state that the information above is not used for tracking. Some device identifiers and technical data may nevertheless be linked to a user or device. Handling may change with SDK versions or Google's policies.

4. Sharing Personal Information
We do not sell user information. Information is transmitted to third-party services only as described above and as needed to provide App features. Otherwise, we do not provide user information to third parties except in the following cases.
- When the user has consented.
- When disclosure is required by law.
- When necessary to protect life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the user's consent.
5. Location Permission Management
The App requests iOS "While Using the App" location permission through the system dialog only after the user taps the current-location button. The user can change or revoke location permission at any time in the iOS Settings app.
If location permission is not granted, the user can still view maps, switch hazard layers, search for addresses and places, browse evacuation places and shelters, and use all features other than current-location display. The App never requests "Always" authorization and does not continuously collect location in the background.
6. Information Management
We design the App to handle only the information required for its features and do not store the user's current location, search history, or purchase history on servers managed by us. Retention and management of information by third-party services are governed by each provider's privacy policy.
To request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information held by us, contact the address in Section 9. We will respond after completing any identity verification and procedures required by law.
7. Disclaimer
Hazard information and evacuation-place or shelter information shown in the App may be unavailable, unlisted, incomplete, delayed, or subject to errors and differences in creation or update dates. Designated emergency evacuation places are designated for particular disaster types and serve a different purpose from designated shelters. The App does not indicate whether a facility is currently open or closed, whether it can currently accept evacuees, how crowded it is, or whether it can be reached safely from the user's location. The App is not real-time disaster information such as warnings, evacuation orders, river levels, or rain-cloud conditions, and it does not replace legally issued municipal hazard maps or legally required explanations in real-estate transactions. Areas without coloring or facility display are not guaranteed to be safe. For disaster and evacuation decisions, consult the latest official information from the relevant municipality and authorities.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for data inconsistencies, unavailable displays, or other direct or indirect damages caused by the user's device or network environment, the state of location, map, search, or hazard data, changes to third-party services, incorrect operation, or similar circumstances.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy as laws, the App, or third-party services change. The revised policy becomes effective when disclosed in the App or on a website designated by us.
