消えた川 プライバシーポリシー
株式会社プレジニア（以下、「当社」といいます）は、当社が提供するiOSアプリケーション「消えた川」（以下、「本アプリ」といいます）における、ユーザー情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。
1. 取り扱う情報および利用目的
(1) 位置情報
- 取り扱う情報：ユーザーがiOS上で許可した場合に限り、本アプリの使用中に取得される正確またはおおよその現在地情報。
- 利用目的：地図上に現在地を表示し、消えた川の推定流路や痕跡との位置関係を確認できるようにするため。
- 詳細：本アプリは、位置履歴や独自のGPSログを作成せず、バックグラウンドで位置情報を取得しません。当社が管理するサーバーへ現在地情報を送信または保存することもありません。位置情報を許可しなくても、現在地表示以外の地図、検索、河川詳細、資料を利用できます。
(2) 端末内に保存される設定情報
- 取り扱う情報：通常地図または航空写真など、ユーザーが選択した本アプリの表示設定。
- 利用目的：次回起動時に前回の表示設定を復元するため。
- 詳細：設定情報は端末の本アプリ用領域に保存され、当社が管理するサーバーへ送信されません。iOSのバックアップ等における取り扱いは、ユーザーのApple設定に従います。
(3) お問い合わせ情報
- 取り扱う情報：ユーザーが当社へメールで連絡した場合のメールアドレス、氏名を記載した場合はその氏名、お問い合わせ内容、および返信に必要な情報。
- 利用目的：お問い合わせへの回答、問題の調査、サポート品質の改善、および必要な連絡のため。
- 詳細：これらの情報はユーザーが任意に送信した場合に限り取り扱い、対応および法令上必要な期間を超えて保持しません。
(4) App Storeでの購入
本アプリはApp Storeで販売する有料買い切りアプリです。購入と決済はApple Inc.が処理します。当社および本アプリは、クレジットカード番号、金融機関情報などの決済情報を取得または保存しません。本アプリにアプリ内課金、サブスクリプション、購入復元機能はありません。
当社は、本アプリを通じて位置履歴やGPSログを収集・保存しません。一方、地図表示にはGoogle Maps SDK for iOSを使用するため、地図の利用時にはGoogleのサービスとの通信が発生します。Googleによる情報の取り扱いは、第3項をご確認ください。
2. 広告・解析・トラッキングについて
本アプリには、当社独自の広告SDK、利用状況分析SDK、クラッシュ収集SDKを導入していません。ユーザーを追跡する目的で広告識別子（IDFA）を取得・利用せず、App Tracking Transparency（ATT）によるトラッキングも行いません。
- 広告を表示しません。
- Google AnalyticsおよびFirebase Analyticsを導入していません。
- アプリをまたいだユーザー追跡を行いません。
- アカウント登録やログイン機能はありません。
ただし、地図機能に必要なGoogle Maps SDK for iOSが取り扱う技術情報については、次項のとおりです。
3. 第三者サービスの利用
(1) Google Maps SDK for iOS
本アプリは、通常地図、航空写真および現在地表示を提供するため、Google LLCが提供するGoogle Maps SDK for iOSを使用します。地図を表示すると、Googleのサーバーとの通信が発生します。
Google Maps SDK for iOSは、サービス提供、アプリ機能、品質・性能の測定、不正利用の防止等のため、デバイス識別子、アプリ操作、クラッシュ情報、パフォーマンス情報、その他の技術情報等を取り扱う場合があります。取り扱う情報は、SDKのバージョン、端末、設定、利用状況等によって異なる場合があります。
(2) Appleのサービス
本アプリの配信、購入処理、アップデート等には、Apple Inc.が提供するApp StoreおよびiOSのサービスを利用します。Appleによる情報の取り扱いについては、 Appleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
(3) 外部ウェブサイト
本アプリには、河川の出典資料等の外部ウェブサイトへのリンクが含まれます。ユーザーがリンクを開いた後の情報の取り扱いには、各ウェブサイト運営者のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
4. 個人情報の第三者提供について
当社は、当社が取得したユーザー情報を、以下の場合を除いて第三者へ提供しません。
- ユーザー本人の同意がある場合
- 法令に基づく開示請求があった場合
- 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要があり、本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合
第3項に記載した第三者サービスでは、各提供者がそのサービスを通じて情報を直接取り扱う場合があります。
5. 位置情報の権限管理
本アプリは、ユーザーがiOS上で明示的に「アプリの使用中」の位置情報利用を許可した場合に限り、現在地を表示します。常時の位置情報権限を要求せず、バックグラウンド測位も行いません。
位置情報の許可は、iOSの「設定」アプリからいつでも変更または取り消すことができます。正確な位置情報をオフにした場合は、iOSが提供するおおよその位置情報が表示に使用されることがあります。
6. 情報の保存、削除および安全管理
端末内の本アプリ用領域に保存された設定情報は、本アプリを削除することで削除できます。お問い合わせ情報の確認、訂正または削除をご希望の場合は、第9項の窓口へご連絡ください。ただし、法令上の保存義務がある情報は、その期間中保持する場合があります。
当社は、取り扱う情報への不正アクセス、漏えい、改ざん、滅失または毀損を防止するため、必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。
7. 免責事項
外部サービスおよび外部ウェブサイトにおける情報の取り扱いは、それぞれの提供者が定める規約とプライバシーポリシーに従います。当社は、法令上認められる範囲において、第三者サービスの仕様変更、停止その他当社の合理的な管理を超える事由によって生じた損害について責任を負いません。
8. 本ポリシーの改定
当社は、法令の改正、本アプリの機能変更、利用する第三者サービスの変更等に伴い、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリ内または当社が指定するウェブサイト上でお知らせします。改定されたポリシーは、当該ウェブサイト等に掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

Kieta Kawa Privacy Policy
Plegineer, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") establishes this Privacy Policy for the iOS application “消えた川” (Kieta Kawa / Lost Rivers, the "App").
1. Information We Handle and Purposes
(1) Location Information
- Information handled: Precise or approximate current location obtained while the App is in use, only when the user grants permission in iOS.
- Purpose: To show the user's current location on the map and help the user compare it with estimated routes and traces of lost rivers.
- Details: The App does not create location history or its own GPS logs, and it does not obtain location in the background. Current location information is not sent to or stored on servers managed by us. If location permission is denied, all features other than current-location display—including maps, search, river details, and reference material—remain available.
(2) Settings Stored on the Device
- Information handled: Display preferences selected by the user, such as the standard map or satellite imagery view.
- Purpose: To restore the previous display preference the next time the App launches.
- Details: Settings are stored in the App's area on the device and are not sent to servers managed by us. Their treatment in iOS backups follows the user's Apple settings.
(3) Contact Information
- Information handled: When a user contacts us by email, we handle the email address, any name voluntarily provided, the inquiry, and information needed to respond.
- Purpose: To respond to inquiries, investigate issues, improve support quality, and provide necessary communications.
- Details: We handle this information only when voluntarily sent by the user and do not retain it longer than necessary for support or as required by law.
(4) App Store Purchase
The App is a paid, one-time purchase distributed through the App Store. Apple Inc. processes the purchase and payment. Neither we nor the App obtain or store payment details such as credit card or bank information. The App has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or purchase-restoration feature.
We do not collect or store location history or GPS logs through the App. However, because the App uses Google Maps SDK for iOS, communication with Google's services occurs when maps are used. Please see Section 3 for information handled by Google.
2. Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking
The App does not display advertising, and we do not include our own advertising, usage analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs. The App does not obtain or use IDFA for tracking and does not perform tracking under App Tracking Transparency (ATT).
- No advertising is displayed.
- Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics are not included.
- The App does not track users across apps.
- No account registration or login is required.
Technical information handled by Google Maps SDK for iOS as necessary for map features is described below.
3. Third-Party Services
(1) Google Maps SDK for iOS
The App uses Google Maps SDK for iOS, provided by Google LLC, to display standard maps, satellite imagery, and the user's current location. Displaying maps involves communication with Google's servers.
Google Maps SDK for iOS may handle device identifiers, product interaction, crash data, performance data, and other technical information for purposes such as service delivery, app functionality, quality and performance measurement, and abuse prevention. The information handled may vary depending on the SDK version, device, settings, and use of the service.
(2) Apple Services
The App uses the App Store and iOS services provided by Apple Inc. for distribution, purchase processing, and updates. For information about Apple's handling of information, please see Apple's Privacy Policy.
(3) External Websites
The App contains links to external websites, including source materials for river information. Once a user opens such a link, the privacy policy of the relevant website operator applies.
4. Sharing Personal Information
We do not provide user information that we obtain to third parties except in the following cases:
- When the user has consented.
- When disclosure is required by law.
- When necessary to protect life, body, or property and obtaining the user's consent is difficult.
The providers of the third-party services described in Section 3 may directly handle information through their services.
5. Location Permission Management
The App displays the user's current location only when the user explicitly grants While Using the App location permission in iOS. It does not request Always permission or obtain location in the background.
Location permission can be changed or revoked at any time in the iOS Settings app. If Precise Location is turned off, the approximate location provided by iOS may be used for display.
6. Retention, Deletion, and Security
Settings stored in the App's area on the device can be deleted by deleting the App. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of inquiry information, please contact us using the details in Section 9. We may retain information for a period required by law.
We take necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access to, leakage, alteration, loss, or damage of information we handle.
7. Disclaimer
Information handled by external services and websites is subject to the terms and privacy policies of their respective providers. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for damages resulting from changes to or suspension of third-party services or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy in response to changes in laws, App functionality, or third-party services. We will announce material changes in the App or on a website designated by us. A revised policy becomes effective when posted on that website or otherwise disclosed.
