医療移動ミスマッチマップ プライバシーポリシー
株式会社プレジニア（以下、「当社」といいます）は、当社が提供するiOS向け アプリケーション「医療移動ミスマッチマップ」（ホーム画面上の表示名： 「ミスマッチマップ」。以下、「本アプリ」といいます）における、 ユーザー情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー （以下、「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。
1. 取り扱う情報および利用目的
本アプリは、地域の統計情報と医療・移動アクセスの関係を地図上で表示するため、 必要な範囲で以下の情報を取り扱います。
(1) 位置情報
- 取り扱う情報： ユーザーがiOS上で位置情報の利用を許可した場合の、端末の現在地。
- 利用目的： 地図上に現在地を表示し、その周辺へ地図を移動するため。
- 取得のタイミング： ユーザーが「現在地を見る」操作を行った場合にのみ、一時的に取得します。 バックグラウンドで継続的に位置情報を取得することはありません。
- 保存・送信： 当社は現在地や位置履歴を当社の管理する外部サーバーへ送信または保存しません。 現在地はアプリの実行中に端末内でのみ利用します。
(2) 端末内に保存される設定情報
- 取り扱う情報： オンボーディングの完了状態、選択中の都県、医療施設レイヤーの表示設定。
- 利用目的： 次回起動時に設定を復元し、本アプリを使いやすくするため。
- 保存・送信： これらの設定はユーザーの端末内に保存され、当社の管理する外部サーバーへ 送信されません。アプリを削除すると、iOSの仕組みにより削除されます。
(3) App内課金
- 取り扱う情報： ユーザーが任意で「開発を応援」を購入した場合の、StoreKitによる 商品情報、購入状態およびトランザクションの検証結果。
- 利用目的： AppleのApp内課金を通じて購入を処理し、購入結果を表示するため。 購入による機能、コンテンツその他の利用条件の違いはありません。
- 決済・保存・送信： 決済はApple Inc.が処理します。当社はカード番号、Apple Accountの認証情報、 決済認証情報を取得しません。また、購入履歴や購入金額を当社の管理する 外部サーバーまたは分析サービスへ送信しません。
(4) 取得しない情報
本アプリはアカウント登録やログインを必要とせず、氏名、メールアドレス、 電話番号、住所、広告識別子、端末を永続的に識別するIDを取得しません。 検索語、お気に入り、検索履歴を外部サーバーへ送信または保存することもありません。
本アプリが取り扱う現在地、設定情報およびStoreKitの購入状態は端末内で 処理されます。当社がユーザーの現在地、位置履歴、利用状況または購入履歴を 独自に収集することはありません。
2. 広告・解析・トラッキングについて
本アプリでは、広告配信、アクセス解析、利用状況解析を目的とするSDKを使用しません。 また、ユーザーを追跡する目的で広告識別子（IDFA）を取得・利用しません。
- 広告配信は行いません。
- Google AnalyticsやFirebase Analytics等の解析サービスは使用しません。
- App Tracking Transparency（ATT）の対象となるトラッキングは行いません。
3. Apple提供サービスの利用
本アプリは広告・解析を目的とした第三者の情報収集モジュールを使用しません。 主要な機能の提供にあたり、以下のApple提供サービスを利用します。

Core Location（提供者：Apple Inc.）
利用目的：ユーザーの明示的な許可と操作に基づき、端末の現在地を取得するため。 -
MapKit / Appleマップ（提供者：Apple Inc.）
利用目的：背景地図、現在地、および本アプリの分析データを地図上に表示するため。 背景地図の取得にはインターネット通信が必要になる場合があります。 -
StoreKit / App内課金（提供者：Apple Inc.）
利用目的：ユーザーが任意で選択した「開発を応援」の商品情報を取得し、 購入、トランザクションの検証および完了を処理するため。
Appleによる情報の取り扱いについては、 Appleのプライバシーポリシー をご確認ください。
4. 個人情報の第三者提供について
当社は、本アプリを通じてユーザーの個人情報を収集せず、第三者への販売、貸与、 共有を行いません。法令に基づく開示請求への対応など、法令上必要な場合を除きます。
5. 位置情報の権限管理と端末内データの削除
位置情報へのアクセス権限は、iOSの「設定」アプリからいつでも変更または取り消せます。 位置情報を許可しない場合でも、地図閲覧、都県切替、地域詳細などの主要機能を利用できます。
端末内に保存された本アプリの設定情報は、本アプリを端末から削除することで削除できます。 当社は外部サーバーにユーザーデータを保有しないため、当社側で削除対象となる ユーザーデータはありません。
6. 公開データと免責事項
本アプリに表示される人口統計、医療施設、交通等の情報は、国や自治体等が公開する データを加工した地域単位の参考情報であり、本アプリのユーザー個人に関する情報ではありません。
本アプリは医療上の診断、治療、受診先の推奨を目的とするものではありません。 表示されるスコア、施設情報、距離近似は、データの基準時点や計算上の制約を含み、 現在の診療可否、予約状況、受入能力、実際の徒歩経路を保証しません。 重要な医療判断については、医師または医療機関へご確認ください。
7. 本ポリシーの改定
当社は、法令の改正や本アプリのアップデートに伴い、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。 改定後のポリシーは、本アプリ内または当社が指定するウェブサイト上に掲載した時点から 効力を生じるものとします。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ等で分かりやすくお知らせします。

Mismatch Map Privacy Policy
Plegineer, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") establishes this Privacy Policy for the iOS application “医療移動ミスマッチマップ” (home-screen display name: “ミスマッチマップ”; the “App”).
1. Information We Handle and Purposes
The App handles the following information only as necessary to display relationships between regional statistics and access to medical care and transportation on a map.
(1) Location Information
- Information handled: The device’s current location when the user grants location permission on iOS.
- Purpose: To show the user’s current location on the map and move the map to the surrounding area.
- When it is accessed: The App accesses location temporarily only after the user selects the current-location action. It does not continuously access location in the background.
- Storage and transmission: We do not send or store the user’s current location or location history on servers managed by us. The current location is used only on the device while the App is running.
(2) Settings Stored on the Device
- Information handled: Onboarding completion status, the selected prefecture, and the medical-facility layer setting.
- Purpose: To restore the user’s settings on the next launch and make the App easier to use.
- Storage and transmission: These settings are stored on the user’s device and are not sent to servers managed by us. They are removed through the iOS system when the App is deleted.
(3) In-App Purchases
- Information handled: When a user voluntarily purchases a “Support Development” product, the App handles product information, purchase status, and transaction verification results through StoreKit.
- Purpose: To process the purchase through Apple’s In-App Purchase system and display the result. A purchase does not unlock features or content and does not change the terms of App use.
- Payment, storage, and transmission: Apple Inc. processes payments. We do not obtain card numbers, Apple Account credentials, or payment-authentication information. We do not send purchase history or purchase amounts to servers managed by us or to analytics services.
(4) Information We Do Not Collect
The App does not require an account or login and does not collect names, email addresses, telephone numbers, postal addresses, advertising identifiers, or persistent device identifiers. It does not send or store search terms, favorites, or search history on external servers.
The App processes the current location, settings, and StoreKit purchase status on the device. We do not independently collect the user’s current location, location history, App usage data, or purchase history.
2. Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking
The App does not use SDKs for advertising, access analytics, or usage analytics. It does not obtain or use the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) to track users.
- No advertising is displayed.
- Analytics services such as Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics are not used.
- Tracking subject to App Tracking Transparency (ATT) is not performed.
3. Apple Services
The App does not use third-party information collection modules for advertising or analytics. It uses the following Apple services to provide its core functionality.

Core Location (Provider: Apple Inc.)
Purpose: To obtain the device’s current location based on the user’s explicit permission and action. -
MapKit / Apple Maps (Provider: Apple Inc.)
Purpose: To display a base map, the user’s current location, and the App’s analysis data. An internet connection may be required to obtain base-map content. -
StoreKit / In-App Purchase (Provider: Apple Inc.)
Purpose: To retrieve the voluntary “Support Development” products and process purchases, transaction verification, and transaction completion.

4. Sharing Personal Information
We do not collect personal information through the App and do not sell, rent, or share such information with third parties, except where disclosure is required by applicable law.
5. Managing Location Permission and Deleting On-Device Data
Location permission can be changed or revoked at any time in the iOS Settings app. The App’s main features—including map browsing, prefecture switching, and regional details—remain available when location permission is not granted.
Settings stored on the device can be deleted by removing the App from the device. Because we do not retain user data on external servers, there is no server-side user data for us to delete.
6. Public Data and Disclaimer
Population statistics, medical-facility information, transportation information, and similar content shown in the App are regional reference data derived from data published by public authorities. They are not information about an individual App user.
The App is not intended to provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or recommendations on where to seek care. Scores, facility information, and distance estimates are subject to source-date and calculation limitations and do not guarantee current availability, appointments, capacity, or actual walking routes. Consult a physician or medical institution for important medical decisions.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy as laws change or as the App is updated. A revised policy becomes effective when posted in the App or on a website designated by us. We will provide clear notice on this page or by similar means when a change is material.
